At Ernie Zone Pickleball, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items (unless they arrived defective).

3. Refund Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Non-refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
